MOTORIOUS (2018 Muhaarar / Squash, pictured as a foal) won the Grade 3 San Simeon Stakes at Santa Anita on Sunday for trainer Philip d’Amato.  He was a winner for Stuart Williams before being sold to America for 220,000gns.  He was bred by Kirtlington Stud and Mrs Mary Taylor and sold as a yearling for 55,000gns. He is the first black type winner for his Group 3 placed dam Squash, from the family of Group 2 winners Grassy and Lady In Waiting, and Group 3 winners Tremar and Savannah Bay.  Congratulations to all connections.
