FIRST OF MAY (2020 Mayson ex Roubles) won well on her second start at Newcastle this afternoon for trainer James Fanshawe and owner/breeder Elite Racing Club.  She was bred at Kirtlington Stud and she is the first foal out of the only daughter of Champion mare SOVIET SONG, also trained by James Fanshawe.  Roubles had a filly foal this year by Territories and is in foal to Bobby’s Kitten.  Congratulations to all connections.
