SILKEN PETALS (2019 Pastoral Pursuits ex Super Midge) won well for the first time at York on Friday after a string of seconds for trainer Charlie McBride and owner P M Racing Partnership.  She is a full sister to Group 3 placed SQUASH, bred by Kirtlington Stud and Mrs Mary Taylor.  Super Midge has a yearling filly by Brazen beau entered in the Tattersalls Somerville Sale and a colt foal at foot by Muhaarar.  Congratulations to all connections.
